Each course includes a document containing a plan specifying each exercise that will be provided, the number of repetitions, sets and duration for your workouts throughout the course. Included within the document is a link to your video library that provides instruction for each exercise. Once a course package is purchased you will receive an email with your order confirmation and downloadable document containing the digital course with 24/7 video library access. 

1 Hour Coaching Call 

On this 1 on 1 call you will be able to receive personal training from the founder of The Movement Theory. Through this opportunity you will learn different methods for healing injuries and get feedback and guidance when going through an exercise.  Once a course package is purchased you will receive an email regarding scheduling for the date and time of the Coaching Call.
