This program is a 3 day per week program, 2 days of which are targeting specific muscle groups and 1 targeting the whole body in a HIIT style circuit. There are 6 phases to this program, the lower starting  level of fitness it's recommended to extend phase 1 to 6 weeks to build more baseline strength and general stamina for more challenging training sessions. After phase 1 4 week cycle is recommended. However, if you find you're struggling through any phase, extend 2 more weeks   All phases are designed to build upon the last with proper progression in rep count, number of sets and tempo. Missing phases will hold you back, the key to having success with this program is CONSISTENCY. 

What you need

This program requires a gym membership with access to dumbbell or kettlebell set, cable machine, TRX or squat rack set up, and a pull up bar. This program is designed for all levels of fitness. Each exercise is easy to modify to increase level of intensity based on your own strength and conditioning. These details can be worked through in  individuals calls.

Confused on where to start?  

If you are new to training or have been out of the game for a longer period of time than you may like to admit this course is a great place to start. Clients of multiple ages and levels of fitness have tried this program with results.

The exercises are a mixture of body weight strength exercises, free weights, compound movements, and isometrics. This allows for you to build strength in a multitude of ways. We use  body weight exercises to create stability and foundational strength. Using a variety of resistance training enhances our ability to perform better in others (ex. Push ups help bench press strength, bench press helps push up strength). This unique style not only helps build muscle but also strength for life, improved joint health, flexibility and less overall pain on a daily basis.

How challenging should I expect this to be?

The best part about this program is that you can choose where you start with weight, angles for each exercise. The rep / set count combined with the timing of rest is set up challenge your muscle endurance and strength at the same time to create a unique pump & blood flow that enhance each set from the previous.  This results in a combinations of benefits that lead to muscle gain, cardiovascular improvements, stability along with others mentioned previously.

Each video is detailed with the intent of my mindset and methods of training.
